Integrations connect the systems you already use — your CRM, your order system, your email platform — to your AMP subscriber lists. Once an integration is in place, AMP pulls contacts from that system automatically, so the people you do business with are included in your campaigns without you importing a spreadsheet every time something changes.
This article is an overview of the Integrations area. Several services have their own step-by-step setup guide — those are linked in the Available Integrations section below.
Where to Find Your Integrations
Integrations live in the Customers section of your AMP Dashboard. Scroll to Customers, find the INTEGRATIONS heading, and click the gear icon next to it. Any integration you already have appears underneath, with a green dot beside its name.
You can also get there from your subscriber list: click Manage Subscribers, then click Manage Integrations at the top of the panel.
The Manage Integrations Window
The Manage Integrations window lists every service currently connected to the list named in its title. Each row has three controls under Actions:
The pencil icon opens the integration's settings so you can update its credentials, turn it off, or delete it.
The sync icon (circular arrows) pulls contacts over right now, instead of waiting for the next scheduled sync.
The trash icon disconnects the integration.
Connecting a New Integration
In the Manage Integrations window, click + Add Integration.
Under Choose a service to connect, click the service you want. Anything already connected is grayed out and labeled (connected).
Read the Setup Instructions panel that appears. It explains exactly what that service needs and where to find it — some services also include a link to their own help guide.
Fill in the fields. Anything marked with an asterisk is required, and the small notes under each field tell you where in the other platform to look.
Leave the Enabled toggle on so the integration starts syncing once it's saved.
Click Test Connection to confirm your credentials work, then click Save Integration.
Every credential comes from the other platform, not from PromoPulse — you generate an API key or copy an ID inside that system and paste it here. PromoPulse never needs your login password for those accounts. A few services, such as PromoXcrm, skip keys entirely and ask you to authorize the connection after you save.
Available Integrations
These are the services you can connect today. Most bring customer contacts into a subscriber list; commonsku Shops is the exception, bringing in products instead.
commonsku Shops — syncs items from your shop site into AMP so you can feature them in campaigns. Enter your shop's base URL in the API Key field.
Constant Contact — syncs contacts from a Constant Contact list. Needs an API Key, Client Secret, and List ID. See Constant Contact Integration.
DistributorCentral - Customers — syncs customer records entered in DistributorCentral. Needs an API Key (your company key) and an Access Key.
Facilis - Customers — syncs customer records from Facilis Syncore, with optional filters for sales rep and contact class. See Facilis Syncore Integration.
HubSpot - Customers — syncs customer records from HubSpot. Needs an API Key.
Mailchimp — syncs contacts from a Mailchimp audience. Needs an API Key, Audience ID, and Server Prefix.
Mailjet — syncs contacts from a Mailjet contact list. Needs an API Key, API Secret, and Contact List ID.
PromoXcrm — syncs subscribed client contacts from PromoXcrm. No keys to copy: save the integration, then authorize the connection by logging in to PromoXcrm. See PromoXcrm.
Zapier — connects AMP to the apps you use through Zapier. The Setup Instructions panel gives you an invite link; connect there, then paste the API Key Zapier provides.
Zoho Campaigns — syncs contacts from a Zoho Campaigns list. Needs an API Key, Client Secret, Org ID, and List ID. See Zoho Integration.
Zoho CRM — syncs contacts from Zoho CRM. Needs an API Key, Client Secret, and Org ID. See Zoho Integration.
If the platform you use isn't on this list, contact PromoPulse support — a Zapier connection can often bridge the gap, and additional integrations may be in development.
Integrations Belong to One List
Integrations are set up per subscriber list, not per account. The Manage Integrations window shows the list it is working on right in its title — for example, Manage Integrations — All Subscribers. Open it from a different list and you'll see that list's integrations instead, which may be none.
How Often Contacts Sync
Once an integration is connected and enabled, AMP syncs it automatically about once a day, so new contacts added in the other platform show up in AMP without any action from you. If you need an update sooner, open Manage Integrations and click the sync icon on that integration's row.
Editing, Pausing, or Removing an Integration
Click the pencil icon on any integration row to open Manage Integration. From there you can update credentials or filters, then click Update Integration to save.
To pause syncing without losing your settings, switch the Enabled toggle off and click Update Integration. Turn it back on whenever you're ready.
To disconnect the service entirely, click Delete. Contacts already synced into your list stay in AMP — deleting the integration stops future syncs, it doesn't remove subscribers.
If Your Subscribers Aren't Updating
If a change you made in the other platform isn't showing up in AMP, work through these in order:
Confirm the change was saved in the other platform first.
Check that you're looking at the right list — integrations sync into the list they were added to.
Open Manage Integrations and confirm the integration is still listed and enabled.
Click the sync icon to run a sync immediately rather than waiting for the daily one.
Open the integration with the pencil icon and click Test Connection. If the test fails, the credentials likely expired or were rotated in the other platform — paste in a new key and save.
If it still isn't syncing after that, contact PromoPulse support and let us know which integration and which list are involved.
