AMP Analytics gives you a snapshot of your campaigns, subscribers, items, and client requests all in one place — helping you move beyond basic campaign distribution and make smarter marketing decisions by identifying what resonates with your audience. You can access it from the Analytics menu in the left sidebar of your AMP dashboard. For an overview of the AMP dashboard itself, see Understanding Your AMP Dashboard.
Analytics is available to all AMP users. Data shown reflects activity within your account's AMP-enabled contacts.
Accessing AMP Analytics
To open Analytics, click the sparkles/chart icon at the bottom of the left sidebar in your AMP dashboard. A flyout menu will appear with four sections: Requests, Campaigns, Items, and Subscribers.
Understanding the Metrics
Before diving into each section, here's what the core engagement metrics mean across AMP Analytics:
Opens — recorded when the entire email is opened by a subscriber.
Views — recorded when individual product images load within an email.
Clicks — recorded when a subscriber actively clicks on content inside the email or post, directing them to the branded landing page.
Engages — for social posts, this covers interactions beyond clicks and views, such as comments and likes.
Requests — recorded when a subscriber submits a product information request directly from the AMP email.
Why might I see Views but no Opens? Views are recorded when a product image loads inside an email — and this can happen even if no open was tracked. Common causes include email clients that automatically load images, privacy settings that block the open-tracking pixel, and subscribers reading in preview mode. If a subscriber shows Views but 0 Opens, their engagement is still real — it just wasn't captured by the open tracker.
How are social post stats counted? For social posts, each post view counts as four product views. Engages on a social post covers all interactions beyond clicks and views — such as comments and likes — and is not tracked for email campaigns.
Requests
The Requests section shows real-time product information requests submitted by your AMP subscribers, including their contact information. This gives you an immediate view of which subscribers are actively interested in specific products. Each row includes:
CreatedAt — the date and time the request was submitted
Type — the type of request
Email — the subscriber's email address
Message — any message included with the request
Item — the product the subscriber requested information about
View — click to open the original AMP email for that request in a new tab
Campaigns
The Campaigns section is a historical record of every AMP campaign sent since your account was onboarded. Use this view to compare performance across campaigns at a glance. Each row includes:
ID — the unique campaign identifier
SentAt — the date and time the campaign was sent
Subject — the email subject line
Type — the campaign type
Opens — total number of times the email was opened
Open % — open rate as a percentage of recipients
Item Views — number of times subscribers viewed a product within the AMP email
Clicks — total clicks on content inside the campaign directing subscribers to your branded landing page
Engages — interactions with the campaign beyond clicks and views (e.g. social comments and likes)
Requests — number of product information requests submitted from this campaign
View — click to open the Campaign Detail page for a full breakdown
Campaign Detail
Clicking View on any campaign row opens the Campaign Detail page, which provides a deeper look at that campaign's performance.
The top of the page displays summary info cards for the campaign alongside a Subscriber Interactions panel showing key metrics: Open Rate, Opens, Clicks, and Requests.
Below that, an All Subscribers table lists every recipient with their individual engagement data, including whether they opened, clicked, or submitted a request.
Items
The Items section shows product performance metrics — views, clicks, and requests — broken down by individual AMP product. This is useful for identifying which products are driving the most interest from your subscribers.
You can filter the date range using the date range picker in the top-right corner. Choose from preset ranges — Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, Last 3 Months, Last 6 Months, or Last 12 Months — or select a custom start and end date using the calendar.
Each row in the Items table includes:
Image — a thumbnail of the product
Title — the product name
Supplier — the supplier associated with the item
Views — how many times the item's image loaded within AMP emails
Clicks — how many times subscribers clicked the item, directing them to the landing page
Requests — how many product information requests this item generated
Last Interaction — the date of the most recent subscriber engagement
View — click to open the individual item analytics page
Subscribers
The Subscribers section gives you email subscriber insights — interaction statistics, bounce and unsubscribe tracking, and a full view of your AMP audience. Use the toggle at the top to show only active subscribers, or view all. Click Manage Subscribers to go directly to your subscriber management settings, or Refresh to reload the latest data.
Each subscriber row includes:
ID — the subscriber's unique identifier
Email — the subscriber's email address
First Name / Last Name — the subscriber's name
Opens — total email opens across all campaigns
Views — total product image loads within AMP emails
Clicks — total clicks directing the subscriber to your landing page
Requests — total product information requests submitted
Bounced — whether emails to this subscriber have bounced
Unsubscribed — whether the subscriber has opted out
View — click to open the Subscriber Detail page
Subscriber Detail
Clicking View on any subscriber row opens the Subscriber Detail page. At the top, you'll see the subscriber's profile information along with a Subscriber Interactions summary showing their overall engagement totals.
Below that, a Campaign Activity table shows their engagement history broken down by individual campaign, so you can see exactly which campaigns they opened, clicked on, or submitted requests from.
