Understanding Your AMP Dashboard

A guide to the AMP Dashboard — how to read your performance stats, manage campaigns, monitor subscribers, view supplier updates, and access your Idea Generator.

The AMP Dashboard is your central hub for monitoring your automated marketing performance at a glance. It brings together your email and lookbook campaign results, subscriber engagement, supplier connections, brand settings, and your Idea Generator — all on one page.

Adjusting the Date Range

All performance stats on the dashboard reflect the currently selected date range, shown in the top-right area of the page. Click the pencil icon next to the date range to change the time period you want to analyze.

Performance Stats

Two rows of stat cards give you a quick snapshot of your marketing activity for the selected date range.

The first row shows:

  • Total Opens — How many times your emails were opened, plus your overall email open rate percentage.

  • Item Views — Total views across your Idea Generator, emails, and lookbooks combined.

  • Total Clicks — The number of links clicked in your campaigns, plus your click-through rate (CTR).

  • Engagements — Social interactions generated through your connected social platforms.

The second row shows:

  • Total Items — The total number of products in your connected catalog. Click the external link icon to go directly to your items list.

  • Activity Across Platforms — A donut chart breaking down activity by channel: Idea Generator, Email, and Lookbook. Click the external link icon to see full activity details.

  • Total Requests — The number of customer requests you have received. Click the external link icon to view and manage them.

Campaigns & Lookbooks

This section shows all your email campaigns and lookbooks — scheduled, recently sent, saved templates, and your lookbook library.

  • The Upcoming column lists campaigns that are scheduled or paused, with their send date, type (Email or Lookbook), and current status badge (Ready, Paused, From Template). Click Manage Schedules to adjust your sending schedule.

  • The right side has three tabs: Recent (campaigns and lookbooks you have created, newest first), Templates (saved templates you can reuse), and Lookbooks (your lookbook library). Click View All to see the complete list.

  • Each item shows its date, type badge, view count, and action icons for viewing, sharing, analytics, editing, and deleting.

  • Click + New in the top-right corner of this section to start a new campaign or lookbook.

Customers

The Customers section helps you grow your subscriber list and identify your most engaged contacts. You can learn about this section more in detail here.

Suppliers

The Suppliers section gives you a quick view of the suppliers you are connected with and their latest social media activity. Interested in what suppliers we have? Visit our Supplier list page:
