We completely understand that business needs can change, and sometimes you may need to take a break from your AMP subscription. In many cases, pausing your account is a great alternative to canceling because it allows you to keep your campaigns, suppliers, and settings saved and ready for whenever you’re ready to restart your Always-On Marketing efforts.
Steps to Pause Your Subscription
Log in to your AMP Dashboard
Navigate to the Upcoming Campaigns section, click the Manage Schedule link to view your active campaigns.
On the right side of each campaign listing, you’ll see three icons:
Pencil = Edit
Circle = Pause
Trashcan = Delete/Cancel
Click the circle (pause) icon. Once selected, a red Paused button will appear under the Next Send heading, confirming your campaign has been paused.
Why Pause Instead of Cancel?
Pausing your subscription keeps your:
Suppliers and product settings saved
Campaign schedule intact
Account history and setup readily accessible
This makes it easy to restart your campaigns at any time without having to rebuild your account from scratch.
If you no longer wish to continue your subscription permanently, you may also choose to cancel your account using the delete/trashcan option within the subscription management area.
