Updating your AMP Account email address

How to update your email address across the various sections of AMP

There are 3 distinct account areas an Email Address is utilized. Each must be considered and updated separately as needed.

User Email Address

The User email address is the one used to login to the AMP Portal.

From within the AMP Portal:

  1. Click Users menu item

  2. Click Edit button next to user to update

  3. Change the email address and click Update User

Idea Generator Contacts

From within the AMP Portal:

  1. On your dashboard, scroll down to the "Your Brand" section

  2. Click Edit Brand to update company information

AMP Billing Email Address

From within the AMP Portal:

  1. Click on account info in top right corner

  2. Click "Billing & Subscription"

  3. Click "change" on "your billing email address is"
