There are 3 distinct account areas an Email Address is utilized. Each must be considered and updated separately as needed.
User Email Address
The User email address is the one used to login to the AMP Portal.
From within the AMP Portal:
Click Users menu item
Click Edit button next to user to update
Change the email address and click Update User
Idea Generator Contacts
From within the AMP Portal:
On the Home page, go to step 5 - "Your Idea Generator"
Click Edit Details And Logo
Scroll to Account Contacts and edit one or more records
Click Update Company Information
AMP Billing Email Address
From within the AMP Portal:
Click Billing menu item
Click "Change" button next to "Your Billing Email address is". This will open a new tab.
Scroll down to Billing Information section and click "Update information"
Update your email address and click Save
You may close this new tab
