How are emails sent—is PromoPulse the ESP or do you use our CRM software?
PromoPulse is the email service provider. That means your campaigns are sent directly from our system—not through your CRM or a platform like Mailchimp.Who do the emails come from—company name or individual rep?
PromoPulse sets up a special “from” address tied to your company. Replies to campaigns are automatically forwarded to the email you choose. If you’d like, you can also add a rep’s name to the sender field for a more personal touch.Does the system indicate if an email address goes stale (e.g., due to layoffs)?
The system tracks all bounces and unsubscribes, but leaves those contacts in your list (without sending future campaigns) so you can review them in the Analytics Portal anytime.
