Stay Connected with AMP Analytics

AMP is about making modern marketing easy—it’s also about giving you the insights you need to really understand your clients and prospects.

Updated over 3 months ago

That’s where the AMP analytics portal comes in. It’s your behind-the-scenes dashboard to see how your campaigns are performing and how your audience is engaging.

Here’s what you’ll find inside:

  • Overview – a snapshot of your campaigns, subscribers, items, and client requests all in one place.

  • Requests – real-time client requests (including contact info) for products in your campaigns.

  • Campaigns – a full history of every campaign since onboarding.

  • Items – detailed stats on products, including views, clicks, and requests.

  • Subscribers – insights on email subscribers, interaction stats, bounces, unsubscribes, plus easy list export/download.

Why does this matter? Because staying in tune with client activity helps you spot what’s working, what’s not, and what your clients actually care about. With AMP’s analytics, you can move from “just sending campaigns” to making smarter marketing decisions—keeping you ahead of the curve and closer to your customers.

Opens, Views, and Clicks—What’s the Difference?

Analytics can get a little confusing, so here’s a quick breakdown of the key terms you’ll see:

  • Opens: When the entire email is opened.

  • Views (email): Each image in the email counts as a view once the email client loads it.

  • Views (social): When someone views a social post, it counts as four product views.

  • Clicks: When a user actively clicks on content inside the email or post and is directed to your Idea Generator (branded landing page).

What Qualifies as Engagement?

  • For Social, Engagement includes any interaction other than clicks and views (e.g., comments and likes).
