Featured Product Email Template

Learn how to spotlight a single item using the Featured Product email template, including how to customize the CTA button text and headline.

Sometimes one product deserves all the attention. The Featured Product email template puts a single item front and center, making it a great fit for use cases like:

  • Product of the Day — Schedule recurring campaigns that highlight one featured product each day or week.

  • New Product Launches — Introduce new products with an email dedicated entirely to that item.

  • Seasonal Promotions — Feature products for holidays, events, or seasonal marketing campaigns.

  • Customer Recommendations — Personally recommend a product to an individual customer or prospect based on their interests.

  • Best Sellers — Showcase products that consistently perform well and deserve extra visibility.

Create the campaign

  1. From the AMP Dashboard, click New Campaign.

  2. In the Create Campaign dialog, select Email as the campaign type.

Choose the Featured Product template

  1. Click the Template dropdown and select Featured Product from the list.

  2. Selecting this template automatically narrows your campaign down to a single item — you'll see the item count change to 1 Item Selected at the bottom of the dialog. You can still use Replace to swap in a different product.

Customize the CTA Button Text and Headline

Under Additional Settings, you can personalize two pieces of text that appear on the featured product image:

  • CTA Button Text — the label on the call-to-action button below the product image. Defaults to "View Product" and can be customized up to 20 characters by clicking Edit custom.

  • Headline — the short text that appears above the product image, similar to a tagline. Defaults to "Featured Product" and can also be edited.

Preview before sending

Click Preview at any point to see exactly how your subscribers will receive the email, including the headline, product image, and CTA button.
